About
Dina Solomon is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy services in NH since 2009. She graduated with a B.A. from Brown University in 1999 and received her Master of Social Work from San Francisco State University in 2004. She has specialized training in treating PTSD and CPTSD from the Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute in Brookline, MA. She is an EMDR clinician and uses a variety of other frameworks including Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Relational Approach for Dissociative Parts. Prior to focusing on individual therapy, she worked with adolescents and young adults in alternative education settings, group homes, crisis shelters, and doing street outreach for unhoused youth. Currently, she works primarily with adult and young adult individuals age 18 and up.

Dina is dedicated to helping build a sense of personal agency both inside and outside of therapy. Her presence is warm, respectful and compassionate. She brings humor and creativity to the therapy space. Dina strives to co-create a deep collaboration that honors your own knowledge of yourself. Working together, you will find the places where your strengths meet her skills and experience to get you where you want to be – feeling better in your days, inside yourself, and in your relationships. She wants to understand your background and context to begin to learn about what you are bringing to your life today. She also knows that life is happening every day and meeting it the way you want to is the primary gift of therapy.
